1Eligibility

Submissions must be short films max 40 minutes including credits. Only independent productions are considered.

2Submission Process

• Only via FilmFreeway within the submission period
• Include poster, stills, synopsis & screener link
• Submission fees are non-refundable

3Genres

Drama, comedy, animation, documentary, experimental, horror, sci-fi, LGBT, international & more.

4Originality

Must be original work. No copyright infringement. Filmmaker owns all rights & clearances (music, footage).

5Language & Subtitles

Non-English films must have English subtitles / closed captions.

6Screening Format

Selected films must deliver HD file (1080p MP4/MOV) as instructed by organizers.

7Selection & Notification

Reviewed by industry professionals for artistic merit, originality, storytelling & technique. Notifications via email + FilmFreeway.

8Rights, Awards & Publicity

• Submission grants online + physical screening rights
• Festival may use excerpts/posters for promotion
• Awards in 10 categories, announced before festival

9Compliance & Final Interpretation

Must comply with all laws. Organizers' decision is final. Rules may change — check official guidelines.
